According to Ian Lake "Being simple, stable, and reliable is a huge, huge plus for me and more than enough reason to keep using Duo in the future. Being constrained to only my phone though and not being able to take advantage of the large screen on my tablet or via a web app on my Chromebook or PC is a bummer though."
